1. Exhibitors should fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, affix their official seal, and fax or mail it to the organizing committee.
2. After registration, companies should remit the exhibition fee to the designated account of the organizing committee within 3 working days to confirm their booth.
3. Booths and advertising space will be arranged by the organizing committee on a "first-come, first-served" basis, with priority given to co-organizers.
4. If a registered exhibitor is unable to participate for their own reasons, their fees will not be refunded, and the reserved booth will be handled entirely by the organizer.
5. Exhibitors must comply with the overall exhibition layout. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the location of individual booths when necessary. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, government actions, or unusual social events, the organizer may postpone or cancel the exhibition.
6. Special Note: Subletting or reselling of rented booths is strictly prohibited. Exhibiting counterfeit or infringing products, as well as retail sales of exhibits or other goods within the exhibition hall, are prohibited. If any violation is discovered, the organizing committee will disqualify the exhibitor, and the booth fee will not be refunded. Items must not be piled up in the aisles.
